Fox Family | Minneapolis Family Photographer

This session with the Fox family last summer was *so* sweet for me to capture. It’s a true testament to how much fun you can have in a session when you let go of your expectations and let whatever happens, happen. When I work with any family, my goal is to let the kids do their thing, and I work based off of that. I find it creates the most truthful photographs and allows personalities to shine through.

In this session, the kids mostly wanted to play, so a playful session it was. And I absolutely love how it turned out.

When you look back at these photographs 30 years from now, my hope is not that you say, “Wow, what a great smiling photo of us all!” but rather, “Wow, this really takes me back.” I want these photos to transport you back to this moment in your life. How it felt. How special it was. I want them to be reminders of this very beautiful life you live.
